1. All guests and vehicles must register at office
2. NO loud activities after 11:00pm
3. Not liable for lost or stolen articles
4. No bicycles after dark
5. NO ATV or dirt/mini bike riding allowed on property
6. Swim at own risk, allowed only in enclosed swimming area with a partner
7. Children under 12 are to be supervised by an adult (21+) while swimming
8. No jumping or diving from docks
9. No “aggressive” dogs allowed
10. ALL pets to be on a leash and with owner at all times
11. NO fishing in swimming area
12. NO cutting of trees or bushes at any time
13. Fires allowed in designated areas only
14. Facilities are for registered campers and their guests only
15. Use recreational equipment at your own risk
16. Boat slips are on a first come first serve basis (private boat slips are labeled and not to be used by others)
17. Do not display alcohol, please use a beverage cozy
18. NO fireworks, or weapons to be displayed or used on property
19. Disorderly, violent or offensive persons will be removed
20. You are responsible for your guest’s behavior
21. Minors under 18 years of age not to be left unsupervised on property
22. No loud music or TV
23. NO washing of boats or vehicles on property
24. NO clothes or dish washing machines to be used or kept on property

ANY AND ALL BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION OR RENOVATIONS THAT EFFECT THE EXTERIOR OF ANY CAMPER, DECK OR UTILITY BUILDING REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM MANAGEMENT.  ALL COUNTY ZONING AND BUILDING ORDINANCES APPLY
